Shopping and accounts
- How much is shipping?
- Economy shipping is free on every product order, with no minimum and no promo code needed. Faster methods are available at checkout if you need them sooner.
- When will my order ship?
- Orders placed before 12pm PST ship the same business day from our Reno, Nevada warehouse.
- Do I need a professional account to buy?
- No. Retail aftercare is open to anyone at full price. The professional range is sold to licensed cosmetologists and estheticians and to students enrolled in an esthetics program, and you confirm your license when you add a professional item to your bag. Signing in to a free account shows any pricing tied to your account.
- What if something is out of stock?
- Most professional products can still be ordered when stock is low. Those items are placed on backorder and ship as soon as the next delivery lands, and the cart tells you before you check out.
- Are these genuine Elleebana products?
- Yes. Polymorph Beauty is an authorized Elleebana distributor for the United States, shipping direct from our own warehouses rather than through a reseller.
Education and training
- Do I need a license to enroll?
- Yes. A cosmetology or esthetics license, or current enrollment in an esthetics program, is required for all of our education, webinars included.
- Where are the in-person classes held?
- Locations vary by date and trainer. Every scheduled class shows its city on the class calendar, along with the dates and who is teaching.
- How many seats are in a class?
- A handful. Most in-person classes are capped between one and eight students depending on the course, which is what makes hands-on correction possible. It also means popular dates close quickly.
- What's included with a certification course?
- A product kit, a training manual, ongoing support from your trainer and the brand, and your certificate on completion. Most courses offer upgrade options that add more product, and the specific contents are listed on each course page.
- I'm already certified with another brand. Do I have to start over?
- No. Conversion courses exist for exactly this, covering the Elleebana system without repeating the fundamentals you already know. You will need to submit your existing certificate for review.
- Do I need a model for in-person classes?
- Yes for most classes. Lash lift and lamination courses include hands-on practice with two models, and the extension courses require you to bring your own model. Check the individual course page for details.
- How do I get my certificate?
- Certificates are issued on completion of the course and, where required, submission of your case study images for assessment. Online and Korean technique certificates are issued through the Elleebana Academy platform.
- How do I become an Elleebana trainer?
- Trainer enquiries go to Elleebana USA, not to distributors. Email their trainer and distribution team at usa@elleebana.com. US Elleebana trainers work as independent contractors rather than Elleebana employees.
Elleeplex Profusion Lash & Brow Lamination Refill Packs
- What's the difference between the Elleeplex Profusion refill packs and the starter kit?
- The refill packs restock the lamination lotions only, so you aren't rebuying the tools you already have from the kit. It's the same vegan, thioglycolate-free system in single-use sachets.
- What sizes do Elleeplex Profusion refills come in?
- They come in a 10 Pack and a 5 Pack. The 10 Pack contains 10 Lift Lotion and 10 Setting Lotion sachets.
- Can I use the Profusion refills for brow lamination too?
- Yes. Elleeplex Profusion is one lotion system that does both lash lifting and brow lamination.
- Can I use Elleeplex Profusion for a Korean lash lift?
- Yes. Profusion is the recommended system for the Korean, Freestyle and adhesive-free techniques, and its Lift and Setting lotions are what the Korean Lash Lift Pack is built around.

One Shot Lash Lift Refill Packs
- What comes in a One Shot lash lift refill pack?
- Each refill is a matched pair of Lift and Setting sachets, sold as a 5 Pack or a 10 Pack. The sachets are single use and pre-portioned, so every client gets fresh product.
- Can I buy One Shot lift lotion or setting lotion on its own?
- Yes. The Elleebana Lift Only 10 Pack is ten Step 1 sachets, and the Elleebana Set Only 10 Pack is ten Step 2 sachets, so you can restock whichever lotion runs out first.
- What's the difference between One Shot and Elleeplex Profusion?
- One Shot is a fast system whose Step 1 lift lotion is based on thioglycolic acid. Elleeplex Profusion uses a gentler, slower cysteamine-based formula.
- Can I use One Shot for a Korean lash lift?
- It isn't the recommended choice. Korean lash lifting uses longer, flat processing, which suits the gentler cysteamine chemistry of Elleeplex Profusion, the system in our Korean Lash Lift Pack.

Elleebalm Lami Balm Adhesive
- What is Elleebalm Lami Balm Adhesive?
- Elleebalm is a plant-based amino acid balm and adhesive hybrid that holds lashes to rods and shields during a lash lift or lamination. It gives clean isolation and directional correction with no pulling or tugging.
- What's the difference between Elleebalm and regular lash lift adhesive?
- Elleebalm holds like an adhesive while conditioning the lashes like a balm. Its texture lets you reposition and straighten lashes as you wrap.
- Does Elleebalm work with One Shot and Elleeplex Profusion?
- Yes. It works with both the Elleebana and Elleeplex Profusion systems.
- How many applications are in a tube of Elleebalm?
- A 20ml tube gives roughly 100 applications.
- Why does Elleebalm come in a tube instead of a pot?

Belmacil Tint
- What colors does Belmacil Tint come in?
- In the US, Belmacil Tint comes in 1 Black, 2 Blue Black, 3 Dark Brown, 3.1 Light Brown, 3.3 Honey Brown and 5 Graphite. Fashion shades such as Blue, Violet, Red and Green aren't currently in the US catalog.
- Can I use Belmacil Tint on brows?
- Yes, Belmacil is a lash and brow tint. 3.1 Light Brown is the most suitable brow color, 5 Graphite suits grey brows and mature clients, and 2 Blue Black is generally not recommended for brows.
- How many applications do you get from a tube of Belmacil?
- A single 20ml tube gives over a hundred applications.
- What developer do I use with Belmacil Tint?
- Belmacil Tint is developed with Crème Oxydant, Belmacil's own cream developer, and isn't mixed with other brands. For mixing ratios, ask Ellee, our product expert at polymorphbeauty.com.
- Can I use Belmacil with a lash lift?

- Does the Korean Lash Lift Pack use One Shot or Elleeplex Profusion?

- What's the difference between a Korean lash lift and a regular lash lift?

- What's the difference between Brik & Pearl and Elleeplex Profusion?
- Brik & Pearl sits alongside Elleeplex Profusion and One Shot rather than replacing them. It adds a different reduction chemistry, combining ammonium thioglycolate with cysteamine HCl, a bottle instead of a sachet, and a viscosity suited to Freestyle and Korean-inspired application.
- What step is Bond Flex, and what lashes is it good for?
- Bond Flex is Step 1, the reshaping lotion, and it pairs two reducing agents instead of relying on one. That combination lets you take on fine, coarse, downward-growing and previously overprocessed lashes.

- Does Lash Life Volume Filler replace Bond Lock?
- No. Lash Life Volume Filler conditions and fills, but it doesn't replace Bond Lock, which is the step that sets the new shape.

Brik & Pearl Lash Life Volume Filler

- Can I use Lash Life Volume Filler with Monofusion?
- Yes. Its Step 1.5 placement is especially useful ahead of Monofusion™, where tint and setting are combined and clean prep matters more.
- Can I mix Lash Life Volume Filler into my tint or setting lotion?
- No. It's always applied on its own.
- Can clients use Lash Life Volume Filler at home?
- No. Lash Life Volume Filler is a professional product, used only in the treatment room. It isn't a retail or take-home product.

- Can Elleevate be used over lash extensions?
- No. Elleevate isn't designed for use over lash extensions. It's made for lash lift and natural-lash clients.
- Do my clients need a lash lift to wear Elleevate?
- No. It's an everyday mascara designed to be worn with or without a lash lift, and it goes on without clumping.
- What does Elleevate do for lashes besides adding color?
- It's formulated with keratin, which protects and strengthens the lashes.

Infinity Aqua Drops
- What shades do Infinity Aqua Drops come in?
- Seven shades, each sold individually: Nemesis (Black), Electra (Dark Brown), Apollo (Medium Brown), Aphrodite (Light Brown), Ares (Red), Selene (Blonde) and Zeus (Cool Toner).
- Can I mix Aqua Drops shades together?
- Yes. Every Aqua Drops shade is intermixable, so you can blend to the brow in front of you.
- Can I use Infinity Aqua Drops on lashes?
- No. Aqua Drops are a brow tint. For lash tinting, look at the Belmacil range.
- Can I tint brows with Aqua Drops after a brow lamination?
- Yes. Aqua Drops work as a standalone brow tint or after a brow lamination.
- What developer do Infinity Aqua Drops use?
- Aqua Drops are activated with Infinity Hybrid Tint Oxidizer, which is sold on its own and is also in the Infinity Aqua Drops Kit and Pro Kit.
