The guard gives the tint a base to press onto and transfers it cleanly to the lower lashes, instead of soaking into a paper shield and taking your product with it. Less tint used, better result. Yes. Belmacil's tint guide lists the Elleebana Protective Eye Guard among the tools for a lash and brow tint service, and it's also used for tinting in the Elleeplex Profusion lamination manual.
Is the Protective Eye Guard the same as Elleebana Protective Balm?
No. The Eye Guard is a reusable tool placed under the lower lashes. Elleebana Protective Balm is a skin-barrier balm used around the eye during tinting, and it replaces the discontinued Ellee-Shield.
Who can buy Elleebana Protective Eye Guard?
Anyone. Lash forms and tools aren't chemical products, so no license is needed to buy them.
