How much is shipping?
Economy shipping is free on every product order, with no minimum and no promo code needed. Faster methods are available at checkout if you need them sooner.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 12pm PT ship the same business day from whichever of our warehouses is closer to you, depending on where stock is at the time of your order.
Do I need a professional account to buy?
No. Retail aftercare, lash forms and tools are open to anyone at full price. The professional range is sold to licensed cosmetologists and estheticians and to students enrolled in an esthetics program, and you confirm your license when you add a professional item to your bag. Signing in to a free account shows any pricing tied to your account.
What if something is out of stock?
Most professional products can still be ordered when stock is low. Those items are placed on backorder and ship as soon as the next delivery lands, and the cart tells you before you check out.
