How the Korean Lash Lift Works
1. Flat Shield Placement
A flat shield is placed just above the lash line, rather than the curved shield used in a standard lift.
2. Lift & Stretch
Elleeplex Profusion Lift Lotion, thickened with Elleemix Powder, softens and stretches stubborn or downward-growing lashes upward.
3. Transfer to Curved Shield
Lashes move to a curved shield for final shaping, the extra step that gives artists more control over the finished curl.
4. Set & Reveal
Setting Lotion locks the new curl in place for a stronger, more tailored result with less over-processing risk.
Full step-by-step technique, timing, and troubleshooting are covered in Polymorph Beauty's online and in-person Korean Lash Lift certification courses.
Korean Lash Lift FAQ
What makes the Korean Lash Lift different from a standard lash lift?
It uses two shields instead of one: a flat shield first to stretch and lift, then a curved shield for final shaping, giving more control over the finished curl.
Who is the Korean Lash Lift best for?
Clients with coarse, resistant, or naturally downward-growing lashes that don't respond as well to a standard curved-shield lift.
What is Elleemix Powder used for?
It thickens the lifting lotion into a workable, paste-like texture for cleaner sectioning and more directional control during the flat-shield step.
What's included in the Korean Lash Lift Pack?
The Korean Lash Lift Pack includes Elleeplex Profusion Lift and Set Lotions (5-pack), Elleemix Powder, Ultra Flex Flat Shields, and ReGen, everything needed to perform the technique.
Do I need extra training for this technique?
Yes. We recommend completing Polymorph Beauty's Korean Lash Lift certification, available online or in person, before offering the technique.
