Refund policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us first at (info@polymorphbeauty.com) with details of the product and the defect.
Please Note: This does not include orders that are left in extreme temperatures or inclement weather. Please contact USPS or UPS if you would like your item held at the post office or the UPS store for local pickup.
Once confirmed with Polymorph Beauty, you can send the item you consider defective to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@polymorphbeauty.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
