These terms apply to polymorphbeauty.com, the Polymorph Beauty mobile app for iOS and Android, and any order or booking you place through either one. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Polymorph Beauty. "You" means the person browsing, ordering, or booking.
By using the site or the app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site, the app, or our services.
Who We Are
Polymorph Beauty is an authorized Elleebana distributor for the United States. Our headquarters is in Reno, Nevada, and we operate an education boutique in Santa Barbara, California.

Our store runs on Shopify. When you check out, you're handed to Shopify's hosted checkout, and Shopify's own terms apply to that part of the transaction. Elleebana product names and marks belong to Elleebana; we use them as an authorized distributor, not as their owner.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to order from us or book training. Our products and training are intended for licensed and practicing beauty professionals, and some items are restricted to professional accounts for that reason.
Accounts and Professional Pricing
Accounts are Shopify accounts, and you sign in through Shopify's own login. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for anything ordered through your account.
Retail pricing is shown to everyone. Professional and wholesale pricing depends on the trade status recorded on your account, and it appears only once you're signed in and eligible. We may verify professional credentials, and we may change or withdraw a professional pricing tier if an account no longer qualifies. Professional pricing is for your own business use, not for resale on third-party marketplaces.
Please give us accurate and current account details, including your email address, so we can confirm orders and reach you about a class.
Products, Pricing and Availability
We try to show every product, price, and stock figure accurately, but errors happen. Prices and availability can change without notice, and we reserve the right to correct a mistake, decline or cancel an order, or limit quantities, including after an order has been placed. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we refund it in full to your original payment method.
Screens vary, so colors on your device may not match the product exactly. Descriptions, ingredient information, and shelf-life details come from the manufacturer, and the packaging you receive is the authority if the two ever differ.
We currently sell and ship within the United States only. See our Shipping Policy for processing times, carriers, and local pickup, and our Refund Policy for returns.
Professional Use of Products
Lift and setting lotions, tints, hybrid stains, adhesives, and removers are professional-use chemicals. They're sold on the basis that they'll be used by a trained professional, following the manufacturer's instructions and your local regulations.
You're responsible for patch testing, for the suitability of a treatment for a given client, and for meeting the licensing, insurance, and health and safety requirements that apply where you work. Nothing on this site is medical advice. We are not responsible for results, reactions, or injuries arising from use that departs from the manufacturer's instructions or from applicable regulations.
Education, Classes and Webinars
Booking a course, webinar, or certification reserves a place for the named attendee. Education is non-refundable once purchased, including in-person class bookings. If something comes up and you need to move a date, contact us before the class rather than after and we'll do what we can. This is set out in full in our Refund Policy.
Class dates, times, trainers, and locations can change, and a class can be rescheduled or canceled if it doesn't reach minimum numbers. If we cancel a class outright, you can move to another date or take a full refund.
Certification is awarded by Elleebana, not by us, and it depends on attendance and on meeting the assessment requirements of the course. Booking a course does not guarantee certification. Course materials, recordings, and manuals are for your personal professional use, and may not be copied, shared, resold, or used to teach others.
Discount Codes and Promotions
Discount codes are single-use unless we say otherwise, can't be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and can expire or be withdrawn. Codes tied to a professional tier apply only while your account holds that tier. We may cancel an order and void a code where it's been used in a way it wasn't intended for.
Ask Ellee
Ask Ellee is an automated assistant that answers product and technique questions on the site and in the app. Its answers are general information, generated automatically, and can be incomplete or wrong. They are not a substitute for your training, for the manufacturer's instructions, or for your professional judgment. Please don't enter payment details or sensitive personal information into the chat.
Acceptable Use
Please don't use the site or the app to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, to harass or abuse anyone, to upload malicious code, to scrape or harvest data, to interfere with how the site works or with its security, or to misrepresent who you are. We can suspend or close access where any of that happens.
Our Content
The text, photography, layout, training material, and code on this site and in the app belong to Polymorph Beauty or to our licensors, including Elleebana. You're welcome to browse, save, and share links. You may not copy, republish, or use our content commercially without written permission.
If you send us feedback, suggestions, reviews, or photos, you allow us to use them in connection with our business, and you confirm they're yours to send.
Third-Party Services and Links
We rely on third parties to run parts of this service, including Shopify for the store and checkout, and carriers for delivery. Their own terms and policies govern what they do. Links to other websites are provided for convenience, and we're not responsible for their content or practices.
Availability
We aim to keep the site and app running, but we don't guarantee they'll be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change, suspend, or withdraw features at any time.
Limitation of Liability
Except where the law says otherwise, the site, the app, and everything provided through them are supplied "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Polymorph Beauty and its owners, employees, and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost bookings, lost data, or loss of business, arising from your use of the site, the app, our products, or our training. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or booking the claim relates to.
Some states don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Indemnity
You agree to cover Polymorph Beauty against claims, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these terms, from your use of our products or training in your own practice, or from your violation of any law or third-party right.
Privacy
How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Washoe County, Nevada, and you and we both consent to that venue.
If Part of This Doesn't Hold Up
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. If we don't enforce something straight away, that doesn't mean we've given up the right to enforce it later.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. The current version always lives on this page, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed. Continuing to use the site or the app after a change means you accept the updated terms. The terms in force when you place an order are the ones that apply to that order.
