Shipping Policy

Orders placed before 12:00 pm PST Monday–Friday will process the same day; otherwise processing will be the next business day.

We do not ship on US federal holidays. Our carriers do not collect on those days, so an order placed on one processes the next business day.

Free economy shipping on all product orders, with no minimum.

Service Area & Schedule

We currently ship within the USA only via USPS, UPS or FedEx. All processing times are based on Pacific Time.

Local Pickup/Dropoff

Local pickup is available at either of our two locations:

Orders can be delivered to your location if within 15-mile radius of either Polymorph Beauty Location.

Once Your Order Ships

Once an order is released to the shipping provider, we're no longer responsible for it in transit. If a package is delayed or lost, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim or request an update.
