Monofusion Training
Monofusion™ is an advanced method rather than a product, and it is taught in the room rather than sold off the shelf. Elleebana founder Otto Mitter developed it, and our master educator Reid Ryan teaches it here.
Reid has run Monofusion with Brik & Pearl on more than a hundred clients, and has demonstrated the technique alongside Otto. What she teaches is what she has already proven at the chair.
Requested, Not Booked
There is no online Monofusion course and no scheduled class to add to a cart. The coaching is the whole point: formula choice, assessment and controlled checking are judgement calls that a video cannot make for you, so the training is arranged as a session with an educator and built around the systems you already work in.

What It Builds On
Monofusion is not a starting point. It layers a tint into the setting phase of a lift or lamination you already perform confidently, so the session goes further if you arrive certified in the system you plan to use it with.
- Brik & Pearl and Elleeplex Profusion both suit it, because each gives a controlled window with enough Step 2 contact time for the tint.
- Elleebana One Shot is not ideal for it. Its fast chemistry leaves too little of that window.
- Belmacil is the preferred tint, for lashes and for brows.
If you are not yet certified in a lamination system, start with Elleeplex Profusion training or Brik & Pearl training and come to this afterwards.
Eligibility
A cosmetology or esthetics license, or current enrollment in an esthetics program, is required for all of our education.
