Elleebana founder Otto Mitter, award-winning educator and certified cosmetic chemist, takes you through the chemistry behind one-step lash lifting: reducing and oxidizing chemistry including dual oxidation, color development, timing, product compatibility and self-neutralizing perms. Then the lab work on hair swatches, the Korean Lash Lift Balm, Powder and Hybrid methods, and troubleshooting the results you actually see at the bed. Self-paced, with 3 months of access from activation, closed captions in 23 languages and a digital Certificate of Completion. Online only: no assessment, kit or hands-on component, and Brik & Pearl training first is strongly recommended. After you enroll we register you with Elleebana and email you when your access is ready. Each student enrolls in their own name; online courses are non-refundable and non-transferable. A cosmetology or esthetics license, or current enrollment in an esthetics program, is required to enroll.
