A beginner's course built to give you solid fundamental lashing skills and a guided first lashing experience. The day starts with theory, then mannequin application to build confidence, coordination, adhesive control, and lash direction, before you work on a live model with your trainer alongside you.
KNOWLEDGE covered includes safe lash extension treatments, anatomy of the eye and hair physiology, lash sizes, shapes and styles, adhesive chemistry, lash pH and how primers affect results, consultation procedures, aftercare, and lash styling for a client's facial features.
SKILLS covered include natural classic application, identifying eye shapes and facial assessment, lash mapping and anchor points, isolating correctly, infills, building speed and technique, applying varied styles, creating symmetry, safe removal, and overcoming common lash challenges.
BUSINESS topics include income potential, sanitation regulations, troubleshooting with clients, and using your images to promote your work. Day one runs 9:30am to 4:45pm, with your own model required from 1:15pm to 4pm.
COURSE INCLUSIONS: a full-sized Elleebana Lash Extensions Kit valued at $450, containing over 9,000 lash extensions across curls, lengths, and thicknesses, enough for roughly 100 applications, plus a copyrighted instruction manual, a criteria checklist, a lash quiz, and promotional flyers, images, and a poster as digital files.
ONLINE PORTAL: three months of access to the Elleebana Excellence Academy adds 2.5+ hours of instructional video across 31 break-out units, including a Lash Challenges unit covering shaky hands, flickering eyes, stickies, and other common struggles. Your certificate is issued after you submit a minimum of 5 successful before and after images for case study assessment. Enrollment includes ongoing support from your trainer for life. A cosmetology or esthetics license is required to enroll.
